The Midwest Concussion Clinic operates as a cash-based virtual concussion clinic, allowing us to provide high-quality, individualized care without the limitations of insurance. This model helps us keep costs low while offering comprehensive concussion evaluations and treatment sessions for patients of all ages.

While we do not bill insurance directly, our services are eligible for HSA/FSA payments and may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your insurance provider.

Once your concussion evaluation or treatment session is scheduled, you will receive an email invitation and calendar invitation to the email address you provide. To join the virtual appointment, simply click the link in the email or calendar invite to open the virtual waiting room in the browser of your choice on your phone, tablet, or computer.
